Goofus was a monthly leaflet sent to magicians in and around New Engiand and other friends of Dr. I. L. Calkins of Springfield, Massachusetts during the 1930s. It was also the organ for the Valley Conjurers' No. 17 SAM assembly in Springfield.
Printed by L. Raymond Cox, it contained contained notices of the magicians and what they are doing.
The leaflet appears to have stopped in the 1940s.
Goofus was also later the name of the magic club in Springfield.
