Dave Swift (c.1870-1955), originally from Minneapolis, Minnesota, later moving to Los Angeles, California was very active in magic circles.

Biography

He carried S.A.M. member No. 111, personally signed by Harry Houdini.

He was on a vacation, back in his home town of Minneapolis, when he had a heart attack and died.

Swift was credited with several tricks in "Greater Magic."[1]
